Managed to find myself an immaculate example - GMT 16750 with 3075 movement and quick set date. This transitional model with matte dial is relatively hard to find these days especially one that comes in such a near perfect condition. Beautiful snow white tritum dials with matching hands.
Watch comes with heavy 580/78360 sports bracelet.

Tudor Monte Carlo 7169/0 (BLUE)

Rolex Tudor Oyster Date two registers Chronograph ref # 7169/0 Monte Carlo with original rotating bezel. This rare and very nice Tudor-Rolex Chrono with date and 234 winding caliber. With its exotic dial in blue grey and orange + beautiful turning bezel in Blue! The condition of the watch is perfect! What a beauty indeed.

Rolex 6556 TRU-BEAT

The "Tru-Beat" models are among the most esoteric Rolex watches ever produced. They were manufactured in the late 1950s and early 1960s, and contained automatic movements with seconds hands that jump in full second increments, exactly like those on modern analog quartz movements.

Stainless Steel RARE Rolex Tru-beat wristwatch reference #6556, Serial # 13XXXX dates this watch to 1956. 34mm stainless steel case with original silver dial. Case and back signed 6556. Stainless Steel Oyster riveted bracelet. Rolex Calibre 1040 automatic movement with dead beat seconds. This watch was introduced as a high quality mechanical movement with ticking seconds instead of sweep seconds. A rare find, functioning properly and in original condition! Case Stamped Montres Rolex SA Geneva Switzerland Patented Stainless Steel 6556. Movement marked Montres Rolex Perpetual 26J adjusted 5 positions 1040.

This is a rather rare find as production for these model was limited during the fifties.

18k/SS Daytona (FOR SALE)

Daytona 16523 fitted with the Zenith El Primero 400, renamed Rolex Calibre 4030. It was the first automatic Daytona and the only stainless steel model with was a certified chronometer. Thus the dial had the words "Oyster Perpetual" and "Superlative Chronometer officially certified" added. 18kt/SS (reference 16523) on a bracelet 40 mm case a shoulder crown guard and sapphire crystal. GMT "Gilt" 1675

This 1960 'OCC' gilt 1675 with pointed crown is a surprise with the inclusion of an interesting all brass small arrow hand. This hand is similar to hands on the PAM-Am 6542 which has original brass arrow hands. the dial has see better days, but having an 'OCC' dial is always great. Ain't gonna go more vintage than that with the GMT series. Who knows maybe a mint dial will surface one day...fingers crossed!
